A: To get started with DUBLAA, create a free account using your name, email, PIN, and location.

  1. Select a category (construction, factory, shipping boats).
  2. Provide details of what you're looking for; you can also add a message, photos, and videos.
  3. Confirm your location and submit your request.
  4. Receive and compare quotes from multiple suppliers.
  5. Choose the best deal for you—whether it's the nearest, cheapest option, or the supplier with the best reputation.

Q: How do I pay for my item?

A: After reviewing the quotes, you can contact the supplier directly to make payment. You can also ask the supplier to send payment details via text or email for cash or card payments. When collecting in person, we recommend paying upon collection.

Q: What does the supplier rating mean?

A: The supplier rating reflects the quality of their service:

  • 5* = Excellent – Very few or no problems reported.
  • 4* = Very Good – Some problems reported, but all resolved promptly.
  • 3* = Average – Several problems reported, but all now resolved.

You can find the supplier rating next to the business name for each supplier providing a quote.

Q: Why do I keep getting an error message when selecting the part I need?

A: This can happen if you’re using an outdated browser. Please update your browser, or download MS Edge or Google Chrome, and the part options should appear immediately.

Q: Can my order be delivered?

A: That depends on the supplier. If they offer a delivery option, it will be at an additional cost.

Q: What guarantees do suppliers offer?

A: Most suppliers offer a  guarantee on the items they supply. Some items may come with a 30-day, or even longer guarantee. We recommend reading each supplier’s full terms and conditions and always requesting an invoice and guarantee.

Q: Am I obliged to purchase if I make a request?

A: You are under no obligation. Once you make a request, suppliers may contact you or send quotes, but you are not required to make a purchase. DUBLAA strives to offer the best possible prices if you do.

Q: What happens if I’ve forgotten my PIN code to log in?

A: Simply click on ‘Login’ in the top right-hand corner, then click the link that says, ‘Forgotten PIN code.’ We’ll email you a link to reset your PIN.

Q: What happens if I receive a faulty item?

A: First, contact the supplier directly to report the issue. If unresolved, log into your account and click the ‘Help’ link to message us with the details, including your order reference number. We will investigate the matter with the supplier. Please note that as a platform connecting buyers with suppliers, DUBLAA does not have direct control over the quality of items supplied.

Q: Do I order and pay immediately?

A: You do not need to pay immediately. You can browse the quotes on the ‘My Request’ page and check the item details with the suppliers. You can also ask them to send payment instructions via text, email, or phone.

Q: How do I receive quotes from suppliers?

A: Some quotes appear almost instantly on the ‘My Request’ page. We’ll also email or text you when additional quotes become available. You can compare all quotes and choose the best one. You can then order and pay by credit card (recommended) or cash. We recommend checking your item before paying and asking for an invoice.

Q: Can I call the supplier with my request?

A: Once you receive supplier quotes, you can call them directly. Please remember to quote the reference number provided with your quote.

Q: Can I contact DUBLAA directly?

A: Yes, you can contact us by visiting the live chat or ‘Help and support’ link on the website and sending us a message.

Q: What success rate does DUBLAA have in finding my request?

A: We always do our best to fulfil your request. However, as some requests are completed directly between the supplier and customer, it’s difficult to measure how many requests are met. Rest assured, we work only with recommended suppliers, ensuring high-quality service and many satisfied customers.

Q: Will other companies use my personal details?

A: No. We will only use your personal details to allow our suppliers to contact you with no-obligation quotes. Occasionally, we may contact you with updates about new services or developments at DUBLAA.

Q: How many item requests can I make?

A: You can make as many requests as you like. Private motorists may only need occasional requests, while trade repairers can use DUBLAA to locate parts as often as necessary—all completely free!

Q: What if you don’t find my parts the first time?

A: While it’s impossible for every supplier to have every part for every vehicle, our network typically finds 1 to 5 suppliers can offer you a quote. Suppliers update their stock daily, so if you cannot find the part you need immediately, we recommend searching our website again later—typically allowing two days between searches.

Q: Can I leave supplier reviews?

A: Yes, it would be helpful if you could take a few moments to leave a review, as this helps us maintain a high level of service. To leave your review, simply reply to the email you receive from us with your rating and feedback.

Q: How many suppliers are linked to DUBLAA?

A: The number of suppliers is constantly growing. DUBLAA has built a network of suppliers across the UAE, which continues to increase daily. Our goal is to cover the entire Arabian Gulf region, with more suppliers joining the platform to provide livestock feeds. Q: How quickly are items ready?

A: Usually, items are ready the same day or the next day. The supplier will inform you directly, depending on the time you made your request and the day of the week.

Q: How quickly can I expect to receive supplier quotes?

A: Many suppliers provide quotes instantly, 24 hours a day. Other suppliers may provide additional quotes within minutes of your request, some working late into the evening.

Q: How do I order and pay for my items?

A: Compare details and prices on our website. Pay the supplier directly after clicking on their name to inquire about payment methods and collection dates. Always check the supplier’s terms and conditions and ask for an invoice. We strongly advise against bank transfers or cash payments for your protection. We recommend paying by card or PayPal for greater security.
